Accepted: .STL, .3DM (Rhino 6/7/8), .STEP / .STP, .OBJ, .DXF, .AI, .PDF tech packs and hand sketches scanned at 600 dpi.

Delivered: native .3DM plus production-ready STL / STEP, released only after purchase-order confirmation and a signed NDA.

Yes. A bilateral non-disclosure agreement is executed before any file is exchanged, and we equally accept your own NDA template. Design IP remains yours throughout.

You do. All bespoke CAD, renders and tooling produced against your brief are your exclusive property. We retain the files solely for repeat-order continuity and never publish, re-sell or display client-specific designs.

Samples: 1–2 pcs. Production: 30 pcs per SKU and metal colourway; 15 pcs for high-carat or oversized pieces. Collection launches across multiple SKUs can be staggered to keep opening inventory light.

12–18 days of production after CAD approval and deposit receipt — inclusive of casting, stone setting, polishing, assay hallmarking and a seven-point QC pass. Express lanes of 8–10 days are available on request for single-sample orders.

Yes. Sample fees are credited against the first bulk purchase order of 50 pcs or more, so trialling a design carries no net cost for serious buyers.

Every sample arrives as a finished, assayed and hallmarked piece in production-grade packaging — identical in construction to the bulk run, not a rough prototype.

Yes. MOQ is calculated per SKU and metal colourway, but a single order may combine 9K/10K/14K/18K gold, Pt950 and multiple ring sizes. Mixed-stone grades are documented line by line on the purchase order.

9K, 10K, 14K and 18K solid gold in yellow, white and rose, plus Pt950 platinum (ruthenium-alloyed). 925 sterling silver is available for diffusion lines. We do not use gold plating or vermeil on fine jewellery lines unless explicitly specified.

Vacuum-assisted induction casting combined with controlled cooling and hot isostatic pressing. Every production lot is density-tested and X-ray inspected; porosity is held below 0.5% — the threshold at which a piece can fail during setting or finishing.

Yes. Each item is struck with the metal purity mark and the TELULA maker’s mark. Independent assay-office hallmarking (UK / EU equivalent) can be arranged per shipment, with the assay certificate supplied as a PDF.

±3% on cast pieces and ±5% on hand-fabricated pieces against the approved CAD weight, with stone weights held to ±2% and dimensional lengths to ±0.5 mm. Actual weights are documented per line on the packing list.

White gold is alloyed with palladium or a nickel-free formulation, with nickel release tested to < 0.05 µg/cm²/week for EU and UK markets. REACH and California Prop 65 documentation is available on request.

Centre stones from 0.30 ct upward ship with an IGI report as standard and GIA on request. Certificate numbers are laser-inscribed on the girdle and matched to the invoice.

DEF colour / VVS clarity melee from 0.8 mm upward, calibrated to 0.05 mm, sourced from single parcels to guarantee colour and brilliance consistency across a set. Parcel documentation is supplied with every melee order.

Yes — GIA-certified natural diamonds, conflict-free and Kimberley Process compliant, with full traceability documentation on request.

Natural sapphires (Ceylon / Madagascar), emeralds (Colombia / Zambia) and rubies (Mozambique / Burma) in calibrated sizes held to ±0.1 mm. Lab reports from GRS, Gübelin or IGI can be commissioned per stone.

100% stone-tightness testing: every stone is probed and re-checked under 10× magnification, followed by ultrasonic cleaning and a final count against the CAD stone map before packing. Any stone that moves is re-tipped before shipment.

Transparent ex-factory formula: (metal weight × LBMA / Shanghai fix) + certified stone cost + labour + finishing + margin. Gold is locked at the fix on the purchase-order date, so your quotation does not drift with the market during production.

50% deposit on PO, 50% before shipment. Samples are settled 100% in advance. We accept bank wire (T/T), Stripe card payments (+3.5% processing) and Alibaba Trade Assurance for first orders.

USD and EUR are standard (GBP, AUD, CAD on request). Terms available: EXW Yancheng, FOB Shanghai / Ningbo, CIF and DDP for buyers who prefer a landed-cost price.

Yes — laser hallmark, engraving, brand tags, certificates, boxes, pouches and thank-you cards all carry your brand only. No TELULA marks appear on the product, the packaging or the paperwork.

Yes. Neutral outer cartons, your brand shown as shipper, no TELULA invoice or marketing insert inside, and tracking pushed directly to your fulfilment team or to your customer’s inbox.

A lifetime warranty against casting and manufacturing defects — porosity blowholes, seam or sprue failure, prong breakage under normal wear and structural setting failure. Repair or replacement is free of charge for the life of the piece.

Stone tightness is guaranteed for 12 months from delivery, with free re-tipping and re-setting. After that period, lost melee stones are replaced at cost with matching colour and clarity from our calibrated parcels.

A documented seven-point inspection on every piece: dimensional accuracy, metal weight, assay mark, stone count and tightness, polish and finish, plating thickness where applicable, and photographic record filed against the PO number.

Repair or resizing by a third-party workshop, chemical or chlorine damage, abrasive polishing, impact damage and normal surface wear such as rhodium fading, which is a re-finishing service rather than a defect.

Email admin@telulagray.com with photographs, the invoice number and a short description. We respond within 48 hours and issue an RMA reference; approved claims are repaired, replaced or credited at our cost, with return freight covered by TELULA for valid warranty cases.
